1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment in any paid course or subscription.
Refunds are not available if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@ashansahabandu.com with your full name, email address, course or event title, and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued outside of the above conditions in special circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate payment or verified technical issues).
All refund decisions are at the discretion of Discover Science.
